At National Tree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seasonal decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your home, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original National Tree Company box, ensuring all lights, stands, and ornaments are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of the carton, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned greenery or decor, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
